Nylon materials mainly include nylon 6 and nylon 66,which are often dyed with acid dyes.However,nylon macromolecular chain terminal amino groups are limited,resulting in low dye saturation value of acid dyes on nylon,and it is not easy to dye dark colors;in addition,the weak force of acid dyes and fabrics is easily affected by water solvation,which makes dyeing The wet treatment fastness of the fabric is relatively low;in addition,there are easily oxidizable groups such as amino groups and hydroxyl groups in the molecular structure of nylon and dyes,resulting in poor light resistance stability.The use of fixing agent is an effective solution to improve the dyeing depth and color fastness of nylon.This article aims at the dyeing problems of nylon and according to its structural characteristics,designs and develops a variety of fixing agents that can improve the dyeing performance of nylon fabrics,and establishes applicable Primary amine dyes for nylon and wool—fixing agents—fiber dyes and dyeing systems.In this paper,based on the principle of reactive fixing agent,four fixing agent varieties were designed and synthesized.The specific synthesis method is: using cyanuric chloride,p-aminobenzene sulfonic acid and p-ester as raw materials to synthesize 2 reactive fixing agents F1 and F2;using cyanuric chloride,4-amino-2,2,6,6-Tetramethylpiperidine,p-ester,p-aminobenzene sulfonic acid and 2,4-dihydroxy benzophenone are used as raw materials,and the light fastness of the synthesis molecule is improved by the presence of dual active groups and light stable fragments Type reactive fixing agent FP1 and FP2.Through the screening of the dye structure,it was determined that the fixing agent has a good fixing effect on primary arylamine dyes.Three dyes(CI Acid Green 20 and self-made aryl primary amine dyes D6,J1)were selected to optimize the dyeing process of nylon,and the solidification was explored.The mechanism of the toner.The research results show that the four fixing agents have a certain effect on the dyeing of nylon without affecting the color depth of the dyed fabric.The specific manifestation is that the fixing agents F1 and FP1 make C.I.Acid Green 20 and D6 solidify respectively.The color rate increased from 10.0% and 5.8% to 82.4% and72.1%.Fixing agent F2 and FP2 increased the fixing rate to 28.9% and 25.2%;for J1,fixing agent FP1 and FP2 respectively increased the fixing rate,increased from 7.2%to 69.4% and 29.8%.Four fixing agents have improved the rubbing and soaping fastness of nylon fabrics dyed with primary arylamine dyes by about 0.5-1 level;different fixing agents have different effects on the improvement of light fastness of primary arylamine dyes.Fixing agent FP1 has the best improvement effect,and the light fastness to C.I.Acid Green 20 can be improved by 2 levels.The fixing rate of the4 fixing agents on wool is about 80%.Compared with no fixing agent,the color fastness to rubbing and soaping is improved by 0.5-1 level,and the light fastness is improved by 1-2 level.Studies have proved that the formation of a stronger covalent bond between the dye-fixing agent-fiber is the key to the function of the fixing agent.The successful development and application of the reactive fixing agent in this article provides an effective solution to the problem of dyeing depth and light fastness of nylon and wool fibers.
