As an efficient recycling method,the regeneration of waste rubber has received widespread attention in our country and has become the primary method of recycling the waste rubber at home.However,there are many problems in the reclaimed rubber production process,which severely restrict the development of the reclaimed rubber industry.This paper mainly studies a process for recycling waste rubber induced by a controlled shear stress field that can achieve high-efficiency regeneration.The research process analyzes the regeneration mechanism of waste rubber induced by shear stress field,explores some new types of waste rubber's regeneration equipment,formulas and processes and conducts application research on reclaimed rubber.The specific contents of research are as follows:1.Proposed the regeneration mechanism of waste rubber induced by shear stress field by looking for a large number of literature on waste rubber regeneration and analyzing the mechanism of mechanical and chemical regeneration.According to the horik theory,the analysis of the broken bond types further confirms the reliability of the theory.2.Designed the waste rubber recycling equipment induced by the controllable shear stress field,and optimized the storage part,feeding part and action part of the equipment.Using POLYFLOW to simulate and analyze the pressure field,velocity field,viscosity field and shear stress field of the rubber powder between the shear discs of different configurations,the results show that the beveled shear disc has the best effect.3.Experimental research on waste rubber recycling equipment induced by shear stress field,explored the best process plan of new type recycling equipment,and deeply analyzed the influence of various process parameters on rubber recycling.The results show that the best process of the new equipment is that the rotor speed is 30r/min,the temperature control temperature is 80?,and the number of milling times is 20.The high-speed mixer and internal mixer are used for premixing,and the high-speed mixer heat preservation time is 30 min,and the heat preservation temperature is 50?.The speed of the internal mixer is 50r/min,the temperature is 40?,and the mixing time is 10 min.The tensile strength of the prepared and reclaimed rubber is 13.48 MPa,the elongation at break is 297%,the Mooney viscosity is 93.79,and the 100% tensile stress is 5.27 MPa.4.The comparative blending application experiment of self-made reclaimed rubber and factory-produced high-quality reclaimed rubber was carried out,and the application value of the preparation of reclaimed rubber by a new type of regeneration process was explored.The study found that the mixing of self-made reclaimed rubber not only has a small effect on the mechanical properties of ATV tread rubber,but also improves other characteristics of ATV tread rubber.In summary,the theoretical and experimental research on the recycling process of waste rubber induced by the shear stress field will promote the advancement of equipment and technology in the recycled rubber industry.The new regeneration process realizes the efficient and environmentally friendly regeneration of waste rubber,which is of great significance for breaking the bottleneck of the development of the reclaimed rubber industry,promoting technological reform and innovation,and accelerating the development of the reclaimed rubber industry in our country.
