Research On Insole Design Based On User Experience

With the progress of social-economic formation,the development of product design has been moving towards experience design.Putting emphasis on the design of the product itself,paying more attention to the service object of the product,and the "people-oriented" design concept has become a more important guiding ideology.User-centered and experience-oriented philosophy can better meet the needs of users.At the same time,with the rise of online shopping,big data and artificial intelligence technology,the acquisition and analysis methods of user requirements have also changed,and more and more intelligent analysis and processing methods have been used in the acquisition and processing of user requirements.Insoles,as an indispensable part of shoes,have the function of improving the stress condition of sole,absorbing ground reactive force,preventing sole from sliding inside the shoes,improving the stability of pace and providing help for special groups as functional insoles.The status of insoles is continuously improving in today's increasingly healthy world,consequently the insoles market is increasing rapidly.However,the pursuit of short-term benefits in the domestic insole industry,resulting in serious homogenization of products and lack of competitiveness.The introduction of user experience design and deep exploration of user needs can greatly improve the competitiveness of products.Based on the above questions,the user experience design is introduced through the concepts of research background,purpose and significance.Taking sports insoles as an example,this paper study the design of insoles,and adopt the text mining method of machine learning.With the user evaluation content of the main e-commerce platform as the analysis object,it systematically study the knowledge base construction,user experience index,design elements,design element evaluation and other contents of sports insoles,and establish a set of insole design process based on user experience.The main work of this study includes the following aspects:(1)Constructing the knowledge framework of insole field.Based on the professional vocabulary of insoles,combined with the product descriptions,user experience keywords and related patents of the current insoles industry,to build a key dictionary in the insoles field,construct a knowledge framework in the insoles field according to the key dictionary,and establish an emotional word bank based on this,so as to more conform with the text content and expression characteristics in the insoles field;(2)Constructing the correlation model of experience index and design elements.Text mining technology is used to analyze TF-IDF word frequency of crawled user comments,experience index system is constructed based on insole domain knowledge framework,and the association relationship between experience index and design elements is set up by combining insole design elements and association mapping method to obtain the weight of insole design elements.(3)Constructing the insole evaluation model of target design elements.Through Baidu API,using sentiment tendency analysis technology to analyze the comments of user experience index keywords corresponding to target design elements,and determining the correlation between design elements and sentiment tendency of user experience index.On this basis,the evaluation model of insole design elements is established,and the target design elements are evaluated to obtain the design guidance of the target design elements.
