Ti6Al4V is a common material used to make biomedical devices.Medical devices made of Ti6Al4V have the advantages of light weight,moderate elasticity,good corrosion resistance and non-toxicity.The device needs to be in frequent contact with doctors and patients during use.Because of its long-term exposure to the hospital environment,the surface of the device is easily contaminated by bacteria.Therefore,how to suppress the bacterial contamination on the surface of Ti6Al4V materials has aroused everyone’s attention.This paper mainly adopts a preparation method with simple operation process and suitable for mass production to prepare a surface with antibacterial function on Ti6Al4V material.The main research content includes the following aspects:1)The micro-nano structure is prepared on the surface of Ti6Al4V material by electroprocessing and hydrothermal treatment.Through the characterization of the micro-nano structure,different parameters(cutting times in electro-processing and molar ratio of reagent in hydrothermal treatment,treatment time,treatment Temperature)on the surface micro-nano structure morphology.2)Using wettability test and abrasion resistance test to analyze the wetting characteristics and tribological properties of the surface under different parameter conditions,as well as the reasons for the difference in performance,study the wetting mechanism and wear resistance mechanism of the surface,the results show Different processing parameters make the surface exhibit different hydrophilic properties,which improves the wear resistance to different degrees.3)Test the antibacterial performance of the Ti6Al4V functional surface before and after modification,and analyze the reasons for the difference in antibacterial performance of the surface under different parameter conditions.During the test,it was observed that there are two dead E.coli cells on the surface of Ti6Al4V antibacterial function(cell membrane tearing and interstitial fluid outflow).Through the antibacterial performance analysis and the observation of the death status of E.coli,the function of Ti6Al4V is clarified.The main factor for the surface to produce antibacterial properties is that the surface produces an antibacterial effect under the synergistic effect of micro-nano structure and wetting properties.The antibacterial performance test results show that the antibacterial efficiency of Ti6Al4V antibacterial surface prepared by electroprocessing and hydrothermal treatment against E.coli is 49.55%.After surface modification,the obtained Ti6Al4V antibacterial surface has antibacterial efficiency against E.coli Reach 82.26%.Based on the above research content,this article constructs an antibacterial functional surface on Ti6Al4V material through electrical processing and hydrothermal treatment.The antibacterial test results show that the surface has antibacterial properties.After modification,the surface antibacterial properties have been improved.The research results of this thesis have positive significance for the preparation of antibacterial functional surfaces on Ti6Al4V materials. |
