In order to verify the feasibility of using fir box to store raw Pu-erh tea,this study selected raw Pu-erh tea produced from Yunnan large leaf species as raw materials from 2013 to 2017,using two ways of fir storage and conventional storage.Fir storage is a box made of fir,and the connection between the fir boards does not use any chemical adhesive,but using stainless steel nails for connection;the conventional storage method is using the tea pot or the thin plastic bag.10 samples' biochemical components were compared and measured with corresponding national standard measurement methods,such as water content,water extract content,tea polyp Henol content,caffeine content,free amino acid content and other biochemical components.The test showed that as far as raw Pu-erh tea is concerned,for raw Pu-erh tea in the same year,whether water content,water extract content,tea polyp Henol content,free amino acid content,or caffeine content,the fir stored in Chinese fir box are higher than the corresponding components of the conventional storage method.The storage method of Chinese fir box delays the loss of tea moisture,water extract,caffeine,free amino acids and caffeine content to a certain extent.As far as the water content in the raw Pu-erh tea is concerned,among the two storage methods,the difference in the water content of the raw Pu-erh tea stored for 5 years is the largest,the difference in the water content of the raw Pu-erh tea stored for 3 years is the smallest,and the difference in content is the difference with the smallest the content is 7.33 times.Regarding the water extracts of raw Pu-erh tea,among the two storage methods,the difference in the content of water extract of raw Pu-erh tea stored for 4years is the largest,the difference in the content of water extract of raw Pu-erh tea stored for 7 years is the smallest,and the difference between the biggest differences is 7 times the amount of p Hase difference with the smallest difference.Regarding the tea polyp Henols in raw Pu-erh tea,among the two storage methods,the difference in the content of tea polyp Henols for 5 years of storage is the largest,the difference in the tea polyp Henols for 7 years of storage is the smallest,and the difference is the difference the smallest p Hase difference is 7.58 times.Regarding the caffeine in raw Pu-erh tea,under the two storage methods,the difference of caffeine content of raw Pu-erh tea stored for 6 years is the largest,the difference of caffeine content of raw Pu-erh tea stored for 7 years is the smallest,and the largest difference is the smallest difference.15 times.In terms of free amino acids in raw Pu-erh tea,under the two storage methods,the difference in caffeine content of raw Pu-erh tea stored for 4years is the largest,the difference in caffeine content of raw Pu-erh tea stored for 6years is the smallest,and the largest difference is the smallest difference.2.88 times the amount.Generally speaking,the time of using fir boxes to store life science is about 5 years,which has the greatest impact on the contents of tea.The use of fir boxes to store raw Pu-erh tea breaks the traditional concept of storing tea in a fragrant environment.Based on the fir box storage method,this article clarifies the relevant production standards of fir boxes used for storing raw Pu-erh tea,mainly from the structure of fir boxes,fir Board requirements,hazardous substance indicators,microbial indicators,pre-factory inspection,and what wooden boxes are marked and used are described.Combined with the fir box,based on Browser / Server,an RFID reader and sensors were used to build a traceability system for tea,which can realize comprehensive monitoring from tea plantation to production to consumers,and realize active traceability to ensure that consumers drink safely and healthy tea,if this method is implemented,it can play a certain role in regulating the tea market.
