The microscopic rough structure of the solid material surface has an important influence on its own wettability.The hydrophobic surface that is difficult to wet has the ability to naturally hinder the contact between the solid and liquid phases,which has a positive effect on the corrosion resistance of the material.By adopting two methods,laser processing technology and electric brush plating processing technology,rough surfaces with different morphologies were prepared on B10 copper-nickel alloy.After the laser processing process,a raised rib-like texture structure will be produced at the edge position of the scanning path of the focal spot.After the electric brush plating process,cauliflower-like nickel clusters will grow on the raised rib-like texture structure of the laser processing.Nickel clusters appear and are regularly arranged with the extension of the raised ribbed texture structure,and a laser-assisted nickel-plated surface with micron-sized rough structure is formed.Disperse the nano-silica insoluble particles in the electric brush plating solution to prepare composite plating solutions of different concentrations.Repeat the above laser processing technology and brush plating processing technology to prepare a laser-assisted composite nickel plating surface.In order to explore the changing law of the corrosion resistance of the prepared surface,the wettability test and electrochemical test were carried out on copper-nickel alloys with different processing methods.The results show that the laser-assisted composite nickel plating has a positive effect on the corrosion resistance of copper-nickel alloys.When in an atmospheric environment,the composite coating can exert its surface hydrophobicity.It makes the corrosion solution flow and roll off,and reduce the possibility of material corrosion;When immersed in a salt water environment for a long time,the composite coating has a lower potential than the copper-nickel alloy substrate and has a tendency to preferentially corrode,becoming a sacrificial anode and protecting the substrate.Because the nickel metal of the coating is prone to passivation,its impedance is larger and the corrosion current density is smaller.It can form a large anode and small cathodic coating protection system,and the corrosion rate is slower than that of copper-nickel alloy substrates.This research has guiding significance for improving the corrosion resistance of metals in service in places where there are changes in wet and dry conditions.
