The mine gas accident is very harmful,the consequences of the accident is very serious,and the negative impact is very bad,which has caused serious trouble to the safety production of coal mining enterprises.Through the effective mining and analysis of mine gas concentration data,accurate practice of gas concentration prediction,and based on the predicted gas concentration data for gas concentration early warning research and application,it is of great significance to reduce mine gas accidents and ensure the life safety of employees.In order to improve the gas concentration early warning ability of coal mining enterprises and reduce the occurrence of gas accidents under the background of big data,this paper studies the gas concentration prediction and early warning method by means of big data modeling prediction analysis method,and combines the gas concentration prediction algorithm,gas concentration early warning method and software development,A set of gas concentration prediction and early warning system software is designed.The main research works are as follows(1)The prediction method of gas concentration is studied.Through the analysis and preprocessing of the historical data of gas concentration in the mine,the missing data in the gas data series is supplemented,and the abnormal data is corrected,so that it can meet the basic technical requirements of gas concentration data mining,Through machine learning LSTM(long-term and short-term memory network)method to establish the gas concentration prediction model,and taking the historical data of gas concentration in Shanxi Hongyuan coal mine field production as an example,the accuracy of the method is verified.The verification results show that the prediction method has good effect,which provides a data basis for the research of gas concentration early warning.(2)The method of gas concentration early warning based on data is studied.Based on the predicted gas concentration data,the three-level early warning method of gas concentration is determined.According to the actual needs of coal mine enterprises,the static and dynamic warning threshold of each pre-warning level is set.Taking Shanxi Hongyuan coal mine as an example,based on the prediction of the historical data of gas concentration,the warning effectiveness of the predicted gas concentration sequence is verified.The verification results show that the threshold setting of the gas concentration pre-warning level is reasonable,The early warning method is simple and practical,which provides a simple and efficient theoretical support for the effective prevention and control of gas accidents.(3)The design of gas concentration prediction and early warning system is studied.According to the established gas concentration prediction model algorithm and gas concentration early warning method,the gas concentration prediction and early warning system is designed by comprehensive software requirements analysis.The system requirements are analyzed,the system function framework is studied,the gas concentration prediction and early warning process is determined,and the system database design is completed,which provides programmed service for the application of gas concentration prediction and early warning.(4)The application of gas concentration prediction and early warning is studied.The application software of gas concentration prediction and early warning is developed based on the algorithm of gas concentration prediction model and combined with program development language.The practical effectiveness of the software is verified by the field gas concentration data of coal mining enterprises.The verification results show that the prediction accuracy of mine gas concentration is high,the prediction of the change trend of gas concentration is basically accurate,and the early warning method is reasonable.The effectiveness and practicability of the prediction and early warning method of gas concentration are tested,which proves that the prediction and early warning method of gas concentration has good engineering application.Based on the gas concentration data,this paper puts forward a gas concentration prediction method suitable for coal mining enterprises,which has good applicability and effectiveness for the application of coal mining enterprises in China,and provides a good technical means for coal mining enterprises to prevent the occurrence of gas disasters in actual production.
