In recent years,due to the rapid development of the Internet and the popularity of network information technology in various fields,the computer application software developed by developers is gradually mature,widely used in all walks of life,committed to improve people's work efficiency and life convenience.So the introduction of Internet big data cloud computing technology into the informatization construction of the coal industry is helpful to improve the informatization level,promote the efficient utilization of unconventional water resources in the mining area,relieve the pressure of water resources,provide a theoretical basis for scientific decision-making and build green and intelligent mines.This paper chooses Anjialing and Antaibao open-pit combined mining areas as the research objects,according to the construction of mine water resources information management as the research background,in order to satisfy the mine water utilization and multi-user cross-platform demand as the starting point of the operation,through the understanding of the basic situation of the study area,using cloud storage,B/S and ASP.NET these computer software development technology to provide technical support for the development of the system,environment,economy,technology,resources,and social five dimensions of 19 indexes to establish dynamic evaluation model based on the theory of the life cycle of sustainable water resources.To analyze the feasibility of the system development and combining the actual functional requirements of system chose based on cloud service technology B/S three-tier structure system,and further to determine the system function module,including water resource information management module,statistical analysis of water resources module,the dynamic evaluation management module,system management and maintenance module,the module between the independent and joint.At the same time,through the analysis of the system business process and data process,get the entity contact E-R diagram,according to which the database is designed.Finally,using Microsoft Visual Studio.net and SQL Server 2014 as the development platform,the system has completed the research and development of the dynamic tracking and evaluation system based on cloud service for the efficient utilization of open-pit mining water resources,providing the key technical codes and displaying part of the functional interface.The basic functions of the system can meet the needs of users through testing,the overall system reached the initial goal,effectively promote the green and sustainable development of the mining area.
