| This project is aimed at coal mine dust disaster,especially at present,the dust control system of fully mechanized mining face in the construction of large tens of millions of tons mine is in urgent need of adding more effective dust control agent to water in the original spray sprinkler and coal seam water injection device,so as to fully wet coal body and coal dust,reduce coal dust concentration in mining and other working faces,and promote safe production.At the same time,the new dust control agent should take into account the problems of low cost,safety,environmental protection and high efficiency.On the basis of the theory of all kinds of dustfall agents,combined with all kinds of data of mine industrial test in our laboratory and Datong Coal Mine Group Co.,Ltd.,this paper intends to develop a multifunctional environmental protection dustfall agent which integrates low cost,high efficiency,environmental protection and corrosion prevention.Through the initial selection of different types of surfactants,cross-compound,repeated tests to determine the basic formula.At the same time,after analyzing the influencing factors of water droplet wetting coal dust particles,combining with the test data,the formula is constantly adjusted to achieve the expected goal.The product consists of many kinds of surfactants(LAS?OP-10?AEO-9),high-efficiency penetrant,solubilizer,complexing agent,corrosion inhibitor and preservatives.It can be widely used in the dust control system of fully mechanized mining,blasting mining,heading face and other dust contaminated sites in mine production.In the normal wet dust control system,adding a trace proportion of the dust control agent can greatly improve the dust capture ability of water and effectively eliminate the disasters caused by dust.It has a good effect on ensuring mine safety production,improving working environment and ensuring miners' physical and mental health. |
