Based on the engineering background of no pillar mining technology of81043 fully mechanized mining face in Yungang Coal Mine,this paper studies the unique advantages of the chain arm saw roof cutting machine in the application of roof cutting and pressure relief in non pillar mining by combining theoretical analysis and field practice.The surrounding rock pressure data after roof cutting and roadway forming shows that the roadway retaining effect is good.The main research results are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the main influencing factors of 81043 working face position,adjacent,mine field up and down relationship,roof and floor rock properties and so on;(2)According to the scheme of chain arm sawing roof pressure relief,the depth of cutting seam,the partition of cutting seam,the reinforcement measures of anchor cable beam along the roadway and the supporting measures adopted in different temporary support areas of roadway are designed and determined;(3)The stress and deformation of surrounding rock were monitored before,during,after and under the influence of mining during the whole life cycle of surrounding rock of 51041 roadway.The effect of roadway formation and monitoring data showed that the roadway retaining was successful.(4)The research results show that: the chain arm sawing roof pressure relief technology can effectively cut off the transmission of roof stress of working face,weaken the roof pressure of roadway,solve a series of problems such as incomplete crack connection of traditional blasting pre split roof,uneven joint surface of crack,large roof caving resistance in later stage,difficult maintenance of roadway and labor intensity of workers,etc.,and the effect of roadway retaining is good;no pillar mining The use of the technology reduces the waste of resources caused by the coal pillar in the traditional mining scheme,and achieves good economic benefits.
