Skateboarding is characterized by sliding.It is a kind of free and challenging sport.With more and more people taking part in skateboarding,skateboarding has become an official event in the Olympic Games.However,at present,there are limited professional skateboarding venues in China and this sport has certain dangers.In order to let more people experience the fun brought by skateboarding,and in the process of experiencing as much as possible to reduce the restrictions of the venue and avoid falling,injury and other phenomena,this paper designed an electronic skateboard product based on skateboarding.It gamifies outdoor skateboarding and makes it indoor.It is a video game product and also a somatosensory product.The product can be entertained indoors or even at home,meeting the needs of skateboarders to a certain extent,while bringing new colors to people's entertainment and leisure.The electronic skateboard is composed of mechanical structure,hardware and software.This paper mainly designs and optimizes the mechanical structure of the product.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)In the conceptual design stage: conduct a brief demand analysis on the electronic skateboard to determine the basic functions and structural size characteristics of the electronic skateboard.(2)In the detailed design stage: First,according to the structural characteristics of the product analyzed in the conceptual stage,use Proe software to perform appearance modeling and dismantle the front and rear shells according to the top-down design method;Secondly,in the structural design stage,the shape of the stiffener and the interval of the stiffener are discussed to make a reference for the layout of the stiffener.Finally,the front shell and the bottom shell of the electronic skateboard are analyzed as a whole structure,and the layout of the stiffeners is carried out through the stress distribution state of the front shell and the bottom shell,and the number of pillars is discussed on the completed stiffener layout structure,so as to determine the reasonable pillar distribution form.(3)On the basis of the original plan,two new structural plans are proposed to optimize the layout of the stiffener of the front shell and bottom shell structure that have been preliminarily determined.Secondly,parameter optimization is performed on the design schemes of different structures.Taking the wall thickness of the shell and stiffeners as the design variables,and the strength as the constraint,an optimization model was established to carry out the lightweight design.Finally,according to the amount of materials used in the structural plan and the process characteristics,several plans are comprehensively evaluated to determine the final structural plan.
