As power electronics,aerospace,the rapid development of new energy industry,there are more and more demand for sheet metal strip of iron-based amorphous alloy strip as a new type of soft magnetic materials,applied in power electronics industry is very broad,help to achieve green growth,energy saving and emission reduction of its machining precision directly affects the comprehensive performance of amorphous alloy iron core,precision of iron-based amorphous alloy strip shear processing the demand is higher and higher.In this paper,the shear machining process of iron-based amorphous alloy strip was studied in depth.Firstly,a mechanical property test experiment was designed for 1k101iron-based amorphous alloy strip(Fe78Si9B13)to provide a theoretical basis for the shear machining experiment.Through nano indentation,microhardness experiment,nano scratch experiment and bending experiment,it was found that the plastic deformation of the strip was similar under different test conditions,and the shear band appeared in all of them and was used as a characterization mode of the plastic deformation of the amorphous alloy.Secondly,based on the iron base amorphous alloy strip oblique blade cutting processing experiment,studies the iron-based amorphous alloy strip in different lubricating conditions(no lubrication,fluid lubrication,solid lubrication)and different grinding grain tool(smooth cutting tools,45 o grain,90 o grain)matching under section morphology,found that the addition of lubricant can greatly improve the quality of iron-based amorphous alloy strip shear processing,solid lubrication when processing effect is best;At the same time,the Kistler dynamometer was used to detect the three-direction force in the process of slanting edge transverse shearing,and the shear force characteristics of the amorphous alloy strip were further analyzed.Thirdly,based on the rolling shear processing experiment of Fe-based amorphous alloy strip,a mathematical model of the rolling shear processing process of Fe-based amorphous alloy strip is established.The error between the theoretical calculation value and the experimental value is less than 10%,which has reference value.Through the process experiment,it is found that whether the rolling scissors are equipped with rubber ring cushion has a great influence on the quality of the strip section.The strip section processed by the disc rolling scissors equipped with rubber ring cushion is smooth and smooth and has a better processing quality.The rubber ring cushion plays a lifting role and affects the stress state of the rolling scissors and the strip.With the improvement of the lubrication condition,the friction between the rolling scissors and the amorphous alloy strip is reduced,and the shear section is smoother and smoother.Finally,the iron base amorphous alloy strip rolling shear processing section morphology characteristics,mainly has fallen Angle,fault slip zone and burr,delimit the fracture is rubbed with roll with scissors cutting edge profile caused by friction,as well as the shearing strip processing fracture mechanism study state of cutting tool edge is the main factor that influence the cross section morphology;Due to the lack of strain capacity or the depletion of strain energy,a dendritic shear crack appears on the free surface of the shear edge,and the strain softening effect appears on the edge of the shear section,with a width of about 12?m.Iron-based amorphous alloy strip edge shearing area of free surface shear zone and the shear band bending tests of the magnetic domain distribution of amorphous strip has influence,the distribution of magnetic domain,the corresponding relationship between shear zone has a magnetic configuration phase show that the shear zone,near the outside surface strength of the magnetic domain declined obviously,suggests shear zone affect the strain gradient field in the area.
