With the development of society and industrial progress,the rapid development of steelmaking industry at the same time the competition between steel enterprises is more and more fierce,and the development of energy saving technology,reduce production costs and improve production quality is the only way for enterprises to remain invincible.Bessemer steel-making is the most common steel-making method at present,so it is particularly important to develop Bessemer steel-making technology and optimize steel-making equipment.This topic proposed a type 2 RPS + SPS tilting mechanism of converter driven by rope rod hybrid,this new mechanism compared with the traditional converter tilting mechanism,driven by hydraulic cylinder and the cable drum hybrid instead of the traditional motor reducer drive,thus this new mechanism has the advantages of large work space,large carrying capacity,simple and compact structure.Uses the four degrees of freedom parallel mechanism of three turn and one move titled instead of the traditional single degree of freedom rotational tilting,so as to achieve better blending furnace molten steel and reduce the effect of the reversing impact torque.The best 2RPS+2SPS rope-rod hybrid converter tilting mechanism was selected through the comparison and analysis of different parallel mechanisms through type synthesis and integration.By analyzing the geometrical constraint relationship of the mechanism,the position and kinematics analytical models of the mechanism were established based on the vector method,and the velocity Jacobian matrix and acceleration Hesser matrix reflecting the relationship between input and output were obtained.Based on the virtual work principle and Newton-Euler method,the static and dynamic analytical models of the mechanism were established,and the mapping relationship between external load and branch driving force was obtained.The simulation model of the mechanism was established by using the Simulink module of MATLAB,and the results obtained by running the simulation model and the analytical model at the same time were compared.For the main structure of the mechanism such as: converter furnace body,hydraulic cylinder and wire rope drive size design and selection,and the tilting moment generated by the converter is analyzed in detail.A balancing device applied to this mechanism is proposed,and its influence on the mechanism performance is analyzed.The driving force of the branches before and after adding the balancing device is compared and analyzed.
