The aviation EHA(electro-static Actuator)system,as the core system of the future large-scale passenger aircraft and advanced fighter aircraft,is the key to realize the intelligent driving of the high-end equipment in aerospace,the lightweight design of aviation EHA is an urgent need all over the world.The weight reduction can be achieved by optimizing the layout of pipeline and manifold blocks in the original EHA and using the additive manufacturing technology.However,there are many defects such as warpage and dross on the top of the horizontal pipeline,so how to improve the forming quality of the pipeline(especially the horizontal pipeline)is an urgent problem to be solved in EHA integration and lightweight.Therefore,the method of improving the quality of SLM for pipelines is studied and applied to the design of SLM for pipelines.The research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,based on the problem of pipeline defect characterization and cause,the sample model of SLM formed pipeline is established.SLM technology and industrial CT technology are used to complete the manufacture and inspection of pipeline sample,the position and type of pipeline forming defect are determined,the forming mechanism of the defect is analyzed.Secondly,based on the premise of ensuring the mechanical properties of SLM forming pipeline,the volume energy density is determined.Based on the SLM technology,the sample was prepared by changing the laser power and scanning speed,and the influence of the process parameters on the forming quality of the sample was analyzed.Thirdly,the finite element model of SLM forming is established,and the temperature field,stress field and deformation of drape structure under different process parameters are analyzed.Based on the experimental results,the forming process parameters of pipe and other drape structures were obtained,which considered both mechanical properties and forming quality.Finally,the forming process of SLM with different drape structure is analyzed,and the variation law of temperature field and stress field with drape angle and drape length is determined.Based on the stress distribution of different suspended structures,the distribution law of residual stress of SLM pipe with the change of forming height is obtained.According to the distribution law of residual stress of SLM forming pipeline,the shape prediction and compensation model of SLM forming pipeline are established,and the compensation design model is completed,and the pipeline model with ideal forming quality is obtained.
