Abstract/Summary:
Coal is an important basic energy source in China and has become an important pillar of China’s economic development,while the port plays an important role in the coal transportation pattern of " The north coal is being transported to the South" and " The west coal is being transported to the east".In recent years,the supply chain financial services carried out by coal ports with their own advantages have provided new financing channels for small and medium-sized enterprises in the coal supply chain.However,in the process of concrete practice,due to the existence of some problems,the port faces financing risks and SME financing is still difficult,especially in the process of accounts receivable financing,the phenomenon of difficult financing is more prominent.Therefore,new methods are needed to solve the problems in accounts receivable financing for coal ports in order to reduce the difficulty of financing SMEs’ accounts receivable,while eliminating worries for ports to carry out accounts receivable financing services.This article takes the port-led coal supply chain as the background.First,it summarizes the current situation of port supply chain finance and blockchain technology research at home and abroad,and elaborates on port supply chain finance,blockchain,and Ethereum to lay the foundation for the subsequent research.Secondly,analyze the development status of the port accounts receivable financing business,and conduct a feasibility analysis of the combination of the financing model and the blockchain.Thirdly,in response to the existing problems of traditional accounts receivable financing,a blockchain financing model was constructed on the basis of the traditional financing model.From the perspective of income,compare and analyze the blockchain financing model and traditional financing model,and analyze the optimization of the blockchain technology in four aspects: transaction data storage,transaction data encryption sharing,transaction data traceability,and transaction settlement.Finally,establish a private chain through Ethereum,build an accounts receivable financing system,and analyze the expected application of the system from a mathematical perspective.The research results of this article hope to provide solutions for improving the port supply chain financial accounts receivable financing business and achieve a win-win situation for all parties.
