The rapid development of the automotive industry in recent years has also driven the development of the stamping die industry.As an important equipment for the production of automobile covering parts,the cover mold is heavy and the working surface is complicated.In actual working conditions,it needs to withstand complex alternating stresses.It has high requirements for various performance indicators of the mold,and the mold materials are expensive,resulting in The cost of mold manufacturing has increased significantly,so it is important to carry out research related to reducing mold manufacturing costs.This paper takes the inner panel of the automobile back door as the research object,and studies several key technical issues for reducing the manufacturing cost of the stamping die for the inner panel of the back door: process parameter optimization,spring back compensation strategy and the use of additive manufacturing methods to prepare mold inserts.(1)The microstructure observation and mechanical properties analysis of parts materials were carried out,and the stress-strain curve drawn by the formula in the Autoform was compared with the stress-strain curve obtained from the tensile test.The material parameters in the Autoform were modified according to the tensile test results,so as to improve the accuracy of numerical simulation.(2)The finite element analysis model of the inner plate of the back door was established,and the range of process parameters such as the resistance coefficient of the BHF drawing bead was determined after the whole process was simulated.The single factor test method was used to obtain the influence rule curve of the friction coefficient of the BBF drawbead on the maximum thinning rate and maximum springback of the inner plate of the back door,and the optimal process parameters were determined.(3)To adopt the optimized process parameters after parts of springback is analyzed,according to the characteristics of the back of the door panel springback respectively for three kinds of compensation strategies: just as the sequence of whole process compensation before drawing the compensation,the compensation strategy according to the three simulated think after compensation strategy two compensation effect is best,satisfied the precision requirement of back door panel parts.(4)The laser cladding model of the back door stamping die was established,and three kinds of laser cladding materials,named JXCY01 JXCY02 JXCY03,were designed.The laser cladding tests were conducted successively,and the phase analysis of the cladding layer was carried out After a comprehensive analysis,JXCY03 alloy powder was selected as the cladding layer material for the preparation of the stamping die inserts for the inner plate of the back door.
