First of all,with reference to the current situation in the domestic and foreign fields and the current requirements for winches in coal mine production,the structural performance of the current winches was analyzed,and at the same time,the site of the west wing of Dongjiahe Coal was inspected,and the reducer was designed according to the required parameters.Plan.Determine the two-stage transmission mode of the reducer.Determine its internal motor,planet carrier,roller and other connection methods to ensure that its use stress and strength meet the requirements.After determining the reducer plan,a new design was made for the overall winch structure,abandoning the previous situation that the reducer and motor were outside.This winch puts the motor and the reducer inside the drum,and drives the drum through the outer ring gear of the planetary gear.The outer part of the machine rotates to lift the minerals.In the past,there is no precedent for this structure to be used in mining winches.A two-dimensional drawing of the winch is drawn on the overall structure,and then the overall three-dimensional drawing is drawn.Through ANSYS to analyze the drum,planetary gear parts,load-bearing shaft,etc.,it is determined that the entire design can be used as a mine winch for the west wing Potou site of Dongjiahe Coal Mine.The overall winch is further optimized for light weight by setting up optimization conditions through the method of size optimization.By optimizing the size of the planetary reducer,drum and other parts,the planet carrier is made lighter by changing the material.Through the stress analysis and comparison again,the parameters after weight reduction are given.Perform modal analysis on the rollers before and after the weight reduction to ensure that they will not resonate.In order to ensure the overall performance,the rear-mounted disc brake used in the past was improved,and the structure was adjusted to a compact disc brake to achieve the overall optimization.This paper has 58 figures,24 tables and 95 references.
