With the continuous development of Internet of Things technology and intelligent manufacturing technology,combining information transmission technology and geographic positioning technology in the field of underground coal mine operation can effectively improve the positioning accuracy of underground operation equipment.However,due to the complex and diverse working environment in underground coal mine,the positioning accuracy and stability of traditional wireless communication methods such as Bluetooth wireless sensing and infrared light transmission are not high.As an emerging wireless communication technology with wide spectrum range,fast transmission speed and high data reliability,UWB technology can effectively solve the problem of positioning accuracy in downhole operations,and is one of the main research directions of wireless communication positioning technology at present.In this thesis,the underground working environment of coal mine is taken as the research background,and the underground working equipment is taken as the research object.The positioning technology is deeply studied and applied.By expounding the ranging method of UWB wireless communication technology,the intelligent positioning judgment strategy based on UWB is designed.In two-way ranging method on the basis of optimizing the SDS-TWR ranging algorithm,through the relationship between the weighting coefficient and confidence of the weighted centroid localization algorithm was deduced,and through the way of structure,distribution,positioning strategy and process control four aspects analyzes the positioning decision strategy of specific design content,illustrates the fixed base station,determine areas and the positioning of the relationship between positioning marks,improve the positioning precision of the coal mine equipment.Based on this,this thesis builds a complete UWB positioning system hardware circuit platform,focuses on the main control chip STM32F103RBT6 peripheral circuit and voltmeter,accelerometer,Ethernet and other auxiliary circuits for schematic design,at the same time,designed a complete UWB wireless communication DW1000 chip and its peripheral circuit,improve the whole hardware platform architecture.In addition,this thesis takes UWB hardware platform as the carrier to design the overall process of embedded software in detail,and focuses on the analysis of UWB data communication process,designs a complete software communication process between the upper computer,the fixed base station and the device under test,improves the data frame format,and writes the embedded software code.Through ranging test and positioning test,the intelligent positioning strategy and optimization algorithm designed in this thesis are compared in actual measurement,which verifies the superiority of the ranging algorithm and proves the correctness of the test results.
