Belt conveyor plays an important role in coal mine production activities.To establish a perfect centralized control system and fault diagnosis system is an important guarantee for coal mine production safety.In this paper,combined with the current coal mine belt centralized control system and fault diagnosis technology,the underground belt conveyor centralized control and fault diagnosis system is designed.Industrial Ethernet is used for data transmission and remote monitoring system is established to improve the production efficiency and safety level of coal mine.The centralized control system consists of operation platform,control cabinet,upper computer and various sensors.This paper uses S7-300 PLC to control all the belt conveyor,coal feeder and other equipment.PLC can be used to control the start and stop of belt conveyor in sequence.By processing the signal collected by each sensor,the type of fault is identified,and the feedback signal is output to take measures to deal with the fault.In production,all data are transmitted through industrial Ethernet,and the communication function is programmed in PLC to exchange data.Finally,the interlock control of belt system is realized.The data transfer between computer and PLC is realized by calling OPC application program interface.The fault diagnosis system of belt conveyor is developed.The vibration of driving motor,reducer and roller of belt conveyor is monitored.The collected signals are diagnosed in real time by means of wavelet de-noising and HHT analysis.The centralized control system and fault diagnosis system are integrated by Lab VIEW software platform,which is convenient for management.Experimental results and simulation analysis show that the system has perfect function,low price,high automation level,and is convenient for staff to carry out remote fault diagnosis.The production efficiency of the mine is improved.This paper has 57 pictures,14 tables and 65 references.
