With the rapid development of the new generation of information technology,the industrial Internet technology derived from the combination of traditional industry and emerging technology industry will become the frontier product of the fourth industrial revolution with digitalization,networking and intelligence as its essence.As an important direction of the evolution and upgrading of the new generation of information and communication technology,5G technology has entered the commercial stage in China.The technical characteristics of 5G technology,such as high speed,large bandwidth,low delay,high reliability,large connection and wide coverage,are exactly matched with the industrial field.The industrial field,as the focus of China's real economy development,has become the key field of the transformation and upgrading of the real economy.The country attaches great importance to the development of 5G and the industrial Internet.With the series of speeches by national leaders and the policies and plans formulated by relevant ministries and commissions,the high-quality promotion of the integration and innovation of 5G and the industrial Internet has risen to the national strategic position.Energy industry is the foundation of the real economy in our country,while China's rich coal and less gas,inferior geological conditions even more highlighted the importance of the coal industry,coal industry as the pillar of energy industry in China has a long history,but its extensive industry characteristic and the management of safety compared with other industries are more serious.In this paper,based on 5G network industrial collaborative wisdom cloud platform construction,will facilitate5 G technology and industrial control OT and office network IT depth fusion,speed up the industrial synergy cloud platform and solutions to promote the wisdom,building intelligent production scenarios,5G+ platform to artificial intelligence,industry,Internet of things,cloud computing,big data,intelligent equipment and modern coal development and utilization of depth fusion,form a comprehensive perception,real-time interconnection,analysis and decision,autonomous learning,dynamic prediction,intelligent cooperative control system,To realize the intelligent operation of the whole life cycle of coal mine design,production,transportation,maintenance,safety,environmental protection,energy conservation,operation and management is of great significance to improve the level of coal mine safety production and ensure the stable supply of coal.In south open pit mine of xinjiang tianchi energy as pilot study,this article,through the top-level design,according to the requirements of the open-pit mine total factor data acquisition,choose the latest network technology,build the network under the condition of field production/network architecture,built a set of new model suited to the characteristics of the industry industrial Internet architecture,construction of the coal industry oriented "5G + Internet industry" high-quality network platform,realize the coal mine production elements,each link,each system,each platform connectivity,support the enterprise business data,data management,operational data,production data dynamic interaction.The BIM-GIS system of the coverage platform construction realizes the combing twin of the field random operation scenes.Through the visualization and unmanned operation,the production cost is greatly reduced and the management level is improved.
