The "14th five year" development plan points out that it is necessary to promote the intelligent upgrading of coal mines, carry out online energy efficiency analysis, realize the interaction of source network, load storage, multi energy coordination and complementary, and intelligent regulation of energy demand.Based on the above background, this paper puts forward the coal mine integrated energy system. The integrated energy system can accommodate the access of multiple energy sources, further improve the utilization efficiency of primary energy and the consumption rate of renewable energy through the coupling and coordination of heterogeneous energy sources, promoting the realization of energy conservation and emission reduction while meeting the diversified energy needs of users. This paper takes the coal mine integrated energy system as the research object, constructs the coal mine integrated energy system architecture, and on this basis, carries out relevant research on the optimization configuration and operation of the coal mine integrated energy system. The research work mainly includes the following contents:(1)Construction of coal mine integrated energy system model: firstly, taking a coal mine in Shanxi Province of China as the research objects, through field investigation, the energy consumption characteristics of the research object, the associated resource endowment of the coal mine, the utilization mode of the associated energy and the type of equipment that can be installed are defined;based on this, the coal mine integrated energy system architecture and equipment model are constructed, mainly including coal gangue, gas, ventilation and surge The water comprehensive utilization unit and the photovoltaic power generation module are considered, and the mathematical model of the equipment involved in each module is given.(2)Coal mine comprehensive energy operation optimization based on Adaptive Particle Swarm Optimization Based on the coal mine comprehensive energy system model constructed in the research content(1).Further research on coal mine comprehensive energy system operation optimization is based on adaptive weight particle swarm optimization algorithm.Firstly, based on the output of photovoltaic power generation unit and the day ahead forecast value of electric / thermal / cooling load of coal mine integrated energy system, the day ahead operation optimization model considering energy purchase cost, environmental pollution treatment cost, equipment operation and maintenance cost, start and stop cost and light abandonment cost is constructed.Secondly based on the local historical meteorological data, the parameters of all kinds of equipment and energy price parameters are input, and the initial configuration capacity or quantity of all kinds of equipment is set.Lastly, the model is solved based on adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm, and the optimal operation strategy is obtained.(3)Coal mine integrated energy allocation optimization considering carbon emission: firstly, considering the economic and environmental benefits of coal mine integrated energy system,a multi-objective allocation optimization model of coal mine integrated energy system is constructed based on this objective function;secondly,an improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is proposed to solve the above model, and the constraint conditions are treated by constraint transformation method; Finally, the model is solved in MATLAB,and the performance of various configuration schemes in terms of economy and environmental benefits is evaluated through the comparative analysis of the results. This thesis contains 23 figures,23 tables and 73 references.
