Recent years,organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite materials become a new star photoelectric materials research.in the photovoltaic,light emitting diode and photocatalytic it has shown considerable application prospect.Especially to single junction perovskite solar cell,the power conversion efficiency has reached more than25%,which close to the best efficiency of monocrystalline silicon solar cell.Hole-transporting materials with the function of charge transportation,plays an important role in perocvksite solar cells.Therefore,exploring a highly efficient and stable low-cost hole-transporting materials for perovskite solar cells has become one of research hotspots in the field.Inorganic P type semiconductor has the appropriate level,high hole mobility and stability and low production cost and other characteristics,can be used in the perovskite solar cell as hole transport layer.This thesis includes the following parts:1.Firstly,the basic principle of perovskite solar cell is briefly introduced,and the development history of perovskite solar cell is briefly reviewed.The role and working principle of hole transport layer in perovskite cell are analyzed,and the hot points in the field of inorganic hole transport layer are summarized.2.By one step method,the absorbing layer was prepared with the composition of MA0.85FA0.1Pb IxCl3-x perovskite solar cells.And a Ni2O3 made by low temperature solution treatment preparation was applicated as a hole transport layer into planar inverted structure of perovskite solar cells,and compared with the 17.89%efficiency.From characterization,the homogeneity of Ni2O3 thin film is improved by adding excessive nickel ions to reduce the defect state caused by oxygen vacancy,and the ability of the thin film to extract charge is increased.At the same time,the transmittance of Ni2O3 film increases significantly,which improves the light absorption of perovskite.As a hole transport layer,compared with Ni Ox hole output,Ni2O3 shows excellent performance.3.we get the preparation of Cu2O nanoparticles as a hole transport layer of perovskite solar cells.We prepared by wet chemical method for the average particle size was 60 nm?80 nm Cu2O nanoparticles,and the optimized preparation perovskite Cu2O solar cells than P3HT as hole transport layer of the device performance is more outstanding,the photoelectric conversion efficiency of 17.23%.This work shows that Cu2O nanoparticles is a very promising hole transport layer,can be used for the preparation of highly efficient and stable perovskite solar cells.
