With the gradual improvement of China's food regulatory system, scientific, rapid and accurate detection methods have become an important technical guarantee. As the drug residues in aquatic products will gradually accumulate in the human body with the passage of time and the increase of intake, the analysis and detection of drug residues has always been an important research content of the quality and safety of aquatic products. At present, malachite green, quinolones and sulfonamides need to be detected respectively in the daily quantitative detection of drug residues in freshwater fish, which makes the detection process longer and the operation cumbersome, and greatly reduces the detection efficiency. Therefore, this experiment studied the influencing factors in the process of quantitative detection of drug residues in freshwater fish, aiming to optimize the detection method, which can simultaneously analyze a variety of drug residues in one experiment, and detect the drug residues in commercial freshwater fish. The research results are as follows:1.Optimize the detection method of drug residue.Based on the limited use drugs of aquatic products involved in the GB31650-2019,solid phase extraction combined with high performance liquid chromatography triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS)was used to detect malachite green, leucomalachite green, sulfadimidine, sulfamethoxazole, sulfamonomethoxypyrimidine, sulfamonomethoxypyrimidine,Sulfaquinoxaline, ofloxacin, ofloxacin, danfloxacin Lomefloxacin and sarafloxacin were detected simultaneously. The results showed that 1% acetonitrile acetic acid was used as extractant and purified by500mg/3m L neutral alumina column and methanol 0.1% formic acid as mobile phase. The ionization mode was the detection condition of positive ion(ESI+)mode of atmospheric pressure spray ion source, which could meet the simultaneous quantitative detection of 11 drugs, with high accuracy and good reproducibility.2.To detect the drug residues of fresh water fish sold in the market.60 fresh water fish samples were collected from the central and western regions of Inner Mongolia. The drug residue was detected by the method established in this study. The results showed that the drug residues in three samples exceeded the national standard, which appeared in carp and crucian carp, respectively, quinolones and malachite green were over standard, and concentrated in the first two months of the third quarter. The accuracy and precision of the method established in this study meet the requirements of drug residue analysis, and can effectively detect and analyze the residue of common drugs in 11 fresh water fish.
