Design And Research Of Knitted Multicolor Jacquard Pattern

Looking forward to the whole knitting industry,innovation and upgrading is always the main theme to promote the development of the industry.The development of the knitting industry not only depends on the development of the clothing design industry,but also relies on the development of the weaving machine technology mainly based on the knitting computer flat knitting machine technology.Multi color jacquard knitting is based on the increase of yarn mouth of computerized flat knitting machine,which can weave multi-color yarn at the same time,so that jacquard fabric has a broader design space.In this paper,multi-color jacquard knitting is taken as the main research object,and the knitting technology and design methods of multi-color jacquard are discussed.This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the jacquard knitting principle,the innovative application of weave coil structure,the innovative application of yarn color yarn count types,summarizes and classifies the application design method suitable for multi-color jacquard pattern,and applies this design method to the experimental innovation and development of multi-color jacquard fabric,and finally displays the research and development fabric in the form of graduation project.
