Due to its excellent properties and promising application prospects in the fields of light emission,bioluminescence probes,radiation detection,solar cells and catalysts,the research on the microstructure and luminescence properties of cadmium selenide(CdSe)nanomaterials has received extensive attention and attention.It has been found that when CdSe is combined with graphene-based materials,the biocompatibility of the materials can be improved,but the photoluminescence properties of the materials are inhibited.How to improve the biocompatibility without damaging the photoluminescence properties of materials is a significant work.In this paper,pure CdSe,CdSe and GO composite materials were prepared.The crystal structure,morphology,chemical bond,light absorption,photoluminescence and other properties of the materials were tested and analyzed.It was found that the photoluminescence performance of the composite material was significantly improved,and the mechanism was analyzed.The main research results of this paper are as follows:1.CdSe Nanocrystals and CdSe-GO composites were successfully prepared by hydrothermal method.The effects of temperature,reagent dosage and other technological conditions on the crystal structure,morphology,chemical bond and other microstructures of CdSe Nanocrystals and CdSe-GO composites were studied.The samples obtained had sphalerite structure,and the grain size was smaller than the Boer radius of the material.CdSe nanocrystals could disperse well in aqueous solution.However,there are serious agglomeration phenomena in alcoholic solution.2.The microstructures of CdSe and CdSe-GO were compared and analyzed,and it was found that CdSe-GO particle size was smaller and defects were fewer under the appropriate amount of GO.3: The light absorption properties and photoluminescence properties of CdSe and CdSe-Go were tested.It was found that with the increase of the grain size of CdSe,the edge of the light absorption band was red shifted,which was mainly because the gap width of CdSe decreased with the increase of the grain size.It was also found that the photoluminescence band of CdSe was wide and the luminescence intensity was weak.This may be because the particle size distribution of CdSe is larger and there are more defects.Compared with CdSe,the light absorption band edge of CdSe-GO has red shift,which is caused by the smaller band gap of GO.The photoluminescence peak intensity of CdSe-GO increased by nearly 70 times,and the quality factor of the emission spectrum increased by nearly 6 times,which was related to the reduction of defects in CdSe-GO.
