Superhydrophobic interfaces are surfaces with a water contact Angle(WCA)of more than 150°and a contact Angle lag of less than 5°.The durability of superhydrophobic interfaces has always been the focus of research.In addition,copper nanowires have great application potential in flexible electrode sensors,transparent conductive electrodes,medical sterilization and other fields,which is of great significance to the waterproof research of copper nanowires.In this paper,a simple scheme for preparing superhydrophobic silicon dioxide(SiO2) nanowires is proposed,and a white coating with superhydrophobic properties is prepared by combining it with a commercial coating.Superhydrophobic SiO2nanowires were prepared by hydrolytic copolymerization of methyl trimethoxysilane(MTMS)and tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)in solution system.By adjusting the ratio of MTMS and TEOS,reaction time,catalyst concentration and reactant concentration,superhydrophobic alkylated SiO2 nanowires were finally obtained.At the same time,the growth mechanism of silica nanowire was proposed according to the chemical equation,and the growth mechanism of superhydrophobic silica nanowire was characterized and verified by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis(TG-DTA).The roughness of the coating is not only beneficial to enhance the superhydrophobic properties of the surface,but also beneficial to the anti-reflection properties of the glass,so that the light transmittance of the coating is improved in the range of 200 nm to 800 nm,and the composite functional glass combining clean,anti-ice and anti-reflection is prepared.Similarly,alkylated copper nanowire was synthesized by attaching organosilane to the outer layer of copper nanowire through the hydrolysis and condensation reaction of MTMS.SEM results showed that the copper nanowire was coated with organosilane shell,and the addition of metal copper could increase the surface-enhanced Raman scattering,thermal conductivity,sterilization and other properties of the coating.
