Coal seam gas pressure is one of the main reference parameters for coal mine safety production management work such as coal field geological survey and exploration,coal seam gas drainage,coal seam coal and gas outburst risk identification,and coal mine gas disaster prevention and control.However,in actual production work,The existing coal seam gas pressure measurement method has limitations,it is impossible to measure the coal seam gas pressure at the predetermined required position,so it is necessary to improve the existing coal seam gas pressure measurement method.With the rapid development of drilling technology and the gradual popularization of kilometer drilling rigs in coal mines,with the use of sensor pressure measurement technology in coal mines,it is possible to measure coal seam gas pressure by remote drilling.Therefore,this paper proposes a gas pressure measurement method and device based on directional drilling machine.It can measure the gas pressure of coal seam in a long distance,fast,high efficiency and accuracy without roadway.To some extent,it can solve some problems encountered in the process of gas pressure measurement,develop pressure measurement methods and enrich the pressure measurement methods,It is beneficial to improve the gas pressure test scheme and enhance its applicability.First,the feasibility of the development of a new type of gas sensor pressure measuring device.On the basis of understanding the use conditions and application scope of the kilometer directional drilling technology in coal mines in our country,on the basis of understanding the internal structure of the kilometer drilling rig mainframe,central cable drill pipe,directional device,bottom hole motor and drill bit,etc.On the basis of understanding the main functions and working mechanism of the kilometer drilling rig,the feasibility of using the central cable drill pipe to modify the gas pressure test section is studied.Second,the overall design of the new gas sensor pressure measuring device.Based on the kilometer directional drilling rig,the sealing capsule and sensing pressure measuring short section are designed,the signal transmission modification mode is designed,the monitoring host program is modified,and the pressure measuring process of the new gas sensing pressure measuring device is compiled.Third,the new type of gas sensor pressure measuring device sealing capsule is improved.Considering the needs of long-distance testing,combining traditional sealing capsules and central cable drill pipes,three improvement schemes are proposed for comparison.It is proposed that the two gas paths inside and outside the design can cooperate with each other to realize the function of gas compensation and hole sealing and pressure measurement.Fourth,the design of a new type of gas sensor pressure measuring device is designed.The pressure tap is taken from the 30 cm at one end of the center through-line drill pipe parent joint,and its interface is reserved.The central cable is connected with the sensor to form a pressure measuring short section.The sensor selection considers factors such as size,explosion-proof performance,signal transmission and other factors,and selects the piezoresistive GPD40 mine pressure sensor to be built into the inner cavity of the rod to form a pressure measuring nipple.Fifth,the design of the modification method of the pressure measurement signal transmission of the new gas sensor pressure measurement device.There are four electrical connection methods between the sensor and the central cable.After analysis and comparison,the "two-wire" electrical connection method is selected.Add a gas pressure measurement module to the main program of the orifice monitor,and implement programming.Sixth,the preparation of the pressure measurement process of the new gas sensor pressure measurement device.Combined with "AQ/T 1047-2007 Direct Measurement Method of Coal Seam Gas Pressure in Coal Mines" and "ZDY6000LD(F)Drilling Rig Manual Book",Select the active pressure measurement method,determine the sequence of internal and external gas path operations,compile the pressure measurement process,and improve the pressure measurement process.Seventh,the new gas sensor pressure measuring device is tested on site.After the assembly of the device,after laboratory experiments,the No.2 coal seam of Dongpang Mine was selected as the test site to carry out on-site testing.The field test lasted for half a month,and the two sets of data measured at the two measuring points included the following parameters: It takes time to put the device in place,time to seal the capsule,time to pressure balance,time to exit the device,drilling distance,gas pressure,etc.The field test was successful.Eighth,empirical analysis.Select the data from the Dongpang Mine's history of twice using traditional pressure measurement methods for gas pressure measurement,and compare it with the industrial test results of the new gas sensor pressure measurement device.Comparing the test time,test distance,and test pressure accuracy,the two are 14 days,497 m,0.38 MPa and 21 days,65 m,0.37 MPa.Empirical analysis proves that the new gas sensor pressure measuring device has outstanding characteristics such as time-saving,long-distance,and accuracy.The successful industrial test of the new gas sensor pressure measuring device has laid a solid foundation for the acquisition of the coal safety logo,the finalization of the device,the serialization of the product,the mass production and the promotion and application;It provides a feasible option for remote gas content determination and in-situ coring while drilling.The paper has 41 figures,15 tables,and 62 references.
