The object of this study is ping coal shares four mines have 15 coal seams.With the gradual increase of coal resource consumption and demand,the depth of coal mining in China is also gradually increasing,and the coal seam gas content and pressure will gradually increase with the increase of coal seam mining depth,coal and gas prominent,gas explosion and the associated dust explosion accident frequently,gas disaster on the safety of coal mine production threat is becoming more and more serious,as a major factor restricting the production of coal resources and mining technology development in China.Therefore,how to effectively prevent coal mine gas and thus reduce the occurrence of coal and gas prominent danger tragedy and improve the efficiency of mining engineering has become one of the main problems that need to be solved in the coal industry production in China.Coal and gas prominent accidents occur in coal seam mining operations,especially in the process of coal lane excavation,gas power phenomenon frequently,resulting in production replacement difficulties,low production efficiency and other issues.The mining area has a certain decompression effect on the coal seam adjacent to the solid coal,thus promoting the gas release,so it is of great significance to study the coal seam mining area to the coal seam adjacent to the solid coal gas release and its protective effect on the excavation along the mining area,and to improve the rapid excavation and production efficiency of the coal lane.In this paper,the above-mentioned purposes are studied by combining theoretical analysis,aesthetic numerical simulation and analysis with underground field measurements.In this study,on the basis of the physical and physical characteristics of 15 coal seams,the conditions of coal seam deposit and the development of mining-related technologies,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation were carried out on the stress distribution of the nearby solid coal of the coal seam after the return of 31040 working surface of the 15 coal seams.Subsequently,in the process of digging into the wind lane of 31060 working surface of 15 coal seams,three prominent hazard prediction indicators were used to predict the degree of outstanding danger of the tunnel excavation,and the gas release law of solid coal was also studied.Finally,the comprehensive numerical simulation results combined with the underground site test results analyze the outstanding danger of roadway excavation.The results of this paper accurately improve the speed of the 15 coal seams of Ping coal shares along the mining area,ease the tension between mining and replacement,and provide a theoretical basis for the safe and rapid excavation of the mine’s 15 coal seam coal lanes,which has important theoretical and practical significance.The paper involves 29 pictures,6 tables and 76 references..
