| With the continuous development of science and technology,the production structure of coal mines has also changed.A large number of automated equipment is used in the coal mining process,and consequently the dust concentration in the coal mine production space has also increased sharply.Dust removal technology is particularly important.Spray dust removal is one of the most commonly used dust removal methods in coal mines.However,the existing spray dust removal system is basically unable to change the droplet size in real time through the system,and the degree of intelligence needs to be improved.In response to the above problems,this paper proposes to design a droplet size adaptive spray dust removal system with PLC as the controller.The particle size of the droplets sprayed by the spray system can be changed with the change of the dust concentration to achieve the purpose of precise dust removal.The system is mainly composed of a spray device,a droplet control system,and a droplet size detection device.The spray device is composed of a water circuit and a gas circuit.The DC voltage water pump is used to provide the water source,the air compressor is used to provide the air source,and the gas-liquid two-phase nozzle is used to achieve spray;The droplet control system uses Delta DVP-20SX211 T PLC as the controller.The PLC program is written by WPL Soft programming software to realize the transmission of PLC data collected by various sensors,and real-time control the solenoid valve opening and the working voltage of the water pump.So as to realize the control of the droplet size;design the droplet size detection system based on the image processing technology of machine vision to realize the collection of the droplet size data;use the DIA View configuration software to compile the upper computer interface to realize the visualization of the system operation status;The DX-2300 LN Ethernet cloud router realizes remote monitoring of the system.An experimental platform was built in the laboratory,and the system was subjected to experiments on the influence of different water pressure and air pressure on the droplet size,the accuracy of the droplet size detection system,and the system’s dust removal efficiency experiment.The experimental results show that the control system can output stable water pressure and air pressure to achieve different air-water ratio output;through the droplet size detection system accuracy experiment,it is concluded that the droplet size measurement accuracy is related to the size of the detected droplets.The smaller the droplet size,the greater the error;the system can adjust the droplet size through control.After experimental testing,the system has a dust removal efficiency of about 90.53%for the total dust,and a dust removal efficiency for PM2.5 of about 86.88%.The dust removal efficiency of PM10 is about 89.86%.The dust removal effect is good.This paper has 62 pictures,10 tables,and 53 references. |
