| The accurate determination of coal seam gas content is of great significance to the prevention and control of mine gas.In order to quickly and accurately determine the underground coal seam gas content and improve the accuracy of gas content calculation results,it is necessary to establish a set of automatic calculation software to improve the calculation efficiency and standardize the calculation process.Therefore,this paper improved the calculation model of coal seam gas loss content calculation,studied the current calculation method of loss amount.10 representative formulas have been chosen.According to the different calculation process of each formula,Origin is used to perform the curve fitting of each formula to calculate the correlation coefficient.The error parameters MAE and MSE of regression analysis effect evaluation are introduced.Through the comprehensive evaluation of the correlation coefficient R~2,mean square error MSE and mean absolute error MAE,the final calculation formula was determined.On this basis,based on ipython language,using the development environment of Jupyter Notebook,the loss model selection program is designed;based on JAVA language and My SQL database,a set of auxiliary measurement system for underground coal seam gas content was developed by using Intelli J IDEA.According to the content of each appendix table required by the standard,this system has realized the functions of basic information input,step-by-step calculation of coal seam gas content,data report output and user personnel management,improved and integrated a variety of previous computing methods and systems.Finally,the system has been applied to the No.6 Mine of Ping Dingshan Tian’an Coal Industry to carry out the field test.The maximum gas content of the selected measurement points is 5.36m~3/t,which improves the accuracy of the calculation results based on accurate calculation.The research shows that the designed system is simple in input,automatic in calculation,accurate in result,and easy to be popularized.There are 48 figures,16 tables and 62 references in thesis. |
