With the rapid development of domestic primary separation and processing industry of edible rose,the problem of backward cleaning technology of separated edible rose petals becomes more and more prominent.The traditional manual cleaning method and cleaning equipment can not meet the development of high-quality and high-efficiency deep processing industry of edible rose.It is of great significance to develop specific cleaning equipment of edible rose petals.Due to the material characteristics of edible rose petals,the existing cleaning methods and equipment for fruits and vegetables can not meet the cleaning requirements.At the same time,the research and application of edible rose petals cleaning is still blank.In order to solve the cleaning problem of edible rose petals,the submerged jet cleaning mechanism was introduced,and the numerical simulation was carried out to explore the feasibility of submerged jet cleaning mechanism of edible rose petals.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)At present,there is a lack of cleaning and dehydration process in the primary separation process of edible rose petals,which seriously hinders the deep processing efficiency of edible rose petals.According to the cleaning characteristics and difficulties of edible rose petals,this paper puts forward the scheme and process route of submerged jet cleaning of edible rose petals,and designs the cleaning line of edible rose petals,which is composed of climbing conveyor,submerged jet cleaning machine and spray conveyor.(2)In order to solve the problem of missing discrete element parameters of edible rose petals,the basic material parameters of edible rose petals were measured based on the experimental platform,and the discrete element model of flexible edible rose petals was established.Through screening test,steepest climbing test,response surface parameter optimization and optimal parameter verification test,the simulation parameters calibration of edible rose petals was completed.The established petal discrete element model and parameter calibration results can be used for coupling numerical simulation.(3)In order to explore whether the submerged jet can satisfy the cleaning of edible rose petals,the flow field of submerged jet cleaning domain was established,the characteristics of single jet and multi jet in the flow field were analyzed,and the flow field distribution and motion law were studied.The simulation results show that the submerged jet can clean materials.(4)In order to explore the feasibility of submerged jet cleaning edible rose petals,based on Fluent-EDEM coupling method,a dust model was established and the numerical simulation of the process of submerged jet cleaning was completed.The simulation results show that submerged jet can realize the cleaning function of edible rose petals.(5)In order to determine the optimal cleaning process parameters of edible rose petals,the evaluation index of cleaning effect was established,and the optimal cleaning process parameters were determined according to the difference analysis and variance analysis of orthogonal experiment.
