Grinding is the forward process of the beneficiation process in the beneficiation production.In the grinding process,a ball mill should be used.Ball mill is a kind of necessary equipment and important equipment in metal mine concentrator.After crushing,the raw ore is mixed with water and flows to the grinding barrel of the ball mill.The grinding barrel of the ball mill rotates,and the crushed raw ore and the steel ball in the grinding barrel of the ball mill complete the grinding process by mixing motion.In the grinding process,the crushed raw ore and water continue to enter the ball mill mill barrel,the finely ground pulp continues to flow out of the ball mill barrel,the ball in the ball mill mill barrel continuous wear and even broken,the ball in the ball mill mill barrel continuous loss.There was only a ball mill in the grinding system originally designed by a concentrator,and adding steel balls in the grinding process depended on manual completion,which was heavy,dangerous and low in efficiency.Adding steel balls based on experience could not optimize the production process.According to the needs of automatic production,intelligent manufacturing,efficient production and safe production of a mineral dressing plant,the design of the ball mill and its automatic ball machine monitoring system design.This paper introduces the structure and working principle of the ball mill used in the metal dressing plant,studies the theory of steel ball damage in the ball mill,and studies the strategy of adding ball to the ball mill.This paper completes the design of the monitoring system of the beneficiation ball mill and its automatic ball feeding machine.In this paper,the hardware design of the ball mill and its automatic ball feeding machine monitoring system is completed.This paper completes the software design of the monitoring system of the beneficiation ball mill and its automatic ball feeding machine.The subject involved in this paper ADAPTS to the needs of modern production and solves the practical engineering problems in production.The monitoring system involved in the subject is a practical system.
