Since the reform and opening up,my country's economy has developed rapidly,and intelligent design has gradually entered people's field of vision.Therefore,the scale of the intelligent design market has become larger and larger,and the scope of services has gradually become diversified.How to respond to the various needs of users and provide users with high-quality,high-reliability designs and products is the current problem in this field.This paper takes the intelligent design of the 1450 mm rolling mill AGC control system as the research object,completes the virtual assembly of the 1450 mm rolling mill AGC control system,and analyzes and simulates the temperature field of the control system based on the intelligent design.First of all,the integrated characteristics,intelligent design characteristics and automation characteristics of intelligent design are analyzed,and the intelligent design of the AGC control system of 1450 mm rolling mill is proposed.Analyze the AGC control system of the 1450 mm rolling mill and calculate related parameters,and on this basis,carry out the electrical and intelligent design of the main loop and control loop of the AGC control system of the rolling mill,and reasonably plan the spatial layout of the components and transform the twodimensional schematic diagram.It is a three-dimensional model.And complete the virtual assembly of the rolling mill control system in the three-dimensional design space,and obtain a complete three-dimensional virtual assembly model of the 1450 mm rolling mill AGC control system.Secondly,in addition to satisfying and realizing the original functions of the rolling mill,the control system of the rolling mill also needs to provide a basic environment suitable for normal operation for all types of equipment.Therefore,it is very important to have good heat dissipation capabilities.Based on the threedimensional model,this paper focuses on the analysis of the changes in the temperature field of the control system,and establishes a mathematical model for temperature field analysis based on the three modes of heat transfer;studies the influence of the structure of the control system and its working system on heat dissipation,as well as the skin effect and contact resistance.The influence of the heating of the bronze busbar,and the mathematical modeling of the three heat transfer modes of the control system;the grid establishment and calculation of the control system according to the finite volume analysis method,and the temperature field simulation of the control system with the ANSYS thermal analysis software,It is concluded that the temperature of most of the components in the control system is 66??70?,and the temperature of the contact position between the copper bar and the equipment is 70?.Finally,based on the analysis of the above simulation results,a cooling optimization measure for forced air cooling is proposed,and the simulation results are calculated using thermal analysis software to generate temperature cloud and flow field diagrams under forced air cooling conditions,and perform fan selection calculations and calculations.Layout installation.
