Study On The Innovative Design Of Natural Substrate Shape Lacquerware Products

The development of lacquerware and the application of the natural substrate of natural fetuses have developed for a long time in the history of China.In the manufacture of lacquerware,natural fetuses mainly take natural substrate such as bamboo fetuses,wooden fetuses,teak-skinned fetuses and angular fetuses,etc.,the civilization spirit contained in the natural fetal morphology also extended with the development of the Times.In the design of modern lacquerware,there are very few lacquerware with mainly natural fetal substrate,and the aspect of inheritance has been gradually disappearing,the rapid development of modern industry,the lack of practicality of natural-born lacquerware products,the lack of application of retaining the original form in modeling,the lack of aesthetic needs in decoration and traditional pattern intervention,leading to the gradual disappearance of the application of natural-born lacquerware in the design.In addition,the spiritual value,aesthetic value and craft value of the combination of natural tire and lacquer craft need to be inherited and protected.Therefore,on the basis of inheriting the traditional craft,through the arrangement,function analysis,modeling and craft research of the related materials and design cases of the natural tire used in the traditional craft,carding,induction,analysis,extraction of modern natural tire form,modern lacquerware research and innovative results,the design of natural tire for the natural form of modern practical lacquerware modeling.The practical lacquerware whose design requirement accords with the modern aesthetic form will be a reference for the design research in the future.This paper discusses the design from five aspects: First,for the research background,purpose,significance,content,methods and domestic and international development status,to identify research innovations: including the natural shape of natural shape in the design of lacquerware products;the positioning of its functions to express the culture and artistic conception;Three points together give the natural shape of the form of lacquer products beauty.Secondly,by studying the application of natural substrates in traditional lacquerware,including the development of vein and lacquerware making technology,the paper summarizes the inheritance points from two aspects of modeling and painting technology.Third,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of modern lacquer art and modern natural tire form products,lay a theoretical foundation for the design of natural tire form lacquerware.Fourthly,it summarizes the design concept and method of the natural fetal shape lacquerware,carries on the function localization to the lacquerware,in the function elaboration foundation to its decoration and the craft launches the explanation.Fifth,determine the design scheme,draw sketches and record the production process,summarize the design concept and production process,incorporate the natural substrates into the lacquerware design,and show the beauty of form and decoration in the design of the natural substrates lacquerware,it is hoped that the summary of the design methods of natural-born lacquerware will lay a foundation for the related research in the future.
