| The large structure is generally transferred to the front of the wharf after built in the land,and then transferred to the barge for installation in the designated sea area.Due to the transfer of the ground uneven from the construction site to the front of the wharf,the phenomenon of virtual legs will appear,resulting in the unbalanced overturning of the force of some pile legs and structures,resulting in property losses and casualties.In the traditional slip process,the pile leg is used to support,which can not adjust the force of the pile leg and the horizontal state of the structure,so the hydraulic cylinder is used instead of the pile leg to support the pile leg.Because the ordinary hydraulic cylinder can not bear the transverse load of the slip process,it is necessary to study that it can withstand this transverse load first.Then the active control technology of the slip process of large structures is studied to ensure the smooth progress of the slip process.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)In order to solve the problem that the hydraulic cylinder which plays the role of supporting and regulating should bear a large transverse load in the process of sliding of large structures,an active control hydraulic cylinder which can bear large transverse load is studied.The dimensions of each part of the hydraulic cylinder are calculated and its structure is studied,and the connection mode between the components is analyzed.The sealing mode of hydraulic cylinder is studied,and the relationship between transverse load and static pressure support force of hydraulic cylinder is compared.(2)The dynamic characteristics of active control hydraulic cylinder are studied.In order to establish the model of hydraulic cylinder,the active control hydraulic system is analyzed,the control mode and method are determined,the number of hydraulic cylinder and pumping station is adopted,and its principle is analyzed.Then the model of active control hydraulic cylinder is established,and then the dynamic characteristics of the cylinder are analyzed.(3)The active control hydraulic system of large structure slip process is studied.firstly,the static pressure support system which provides static pressure support force to bear large transverse load is analyzed,then the mathematical model of hydraulic system is established,its stability is analyzed,then the control strategy of hydraulic system is analyzed,the corresponding model is established to analyze its performance,and the performance of hydraulic system with external load interference is also analyzed.(4)The simulation analysis of the active control hydraulic system is carried out.Firstly,the simulation model of the whole hydraulic system is established,and the influence of the external load on the control effect of the reservation system is studied.then,the four groups of hydraulic cylinders need to be adjusted and only two groups of hydraulic cylinders need to be adjusted,and the sliding process passes through the slope and the pit are simulated and analyzed. |
