With the continuous development of natural gas industry and the continuous improvement of the living standard of urban residents in recent years,natural gas as a clean energy,it has become an important living energy for urban residents.As the terminum of the long natural gas pipeline,the natural gas valve station is also the receiving station of the city,which bears the important responsibility of purifying,measuring,pressing,stinking and transporting upstream gas.In this paper,a set of natural gas valve station monitoring management system is designed and developed to ensure the long-term stable and reliable operation of the Daying valve station,with Hebei Hengshui as the subject source of the "Daying 2 x 75 MW scale Gas-fired cogeneration project natural gas supply pipeline Daying valve station project".Based on the monitoring and management needs of the Daying valve station,this paper analyzes the actual process flow of the Daying valve station in depth,and puts forward the overall design scheme of the monitoring and management system of the Daying valve station.Based on Siemens programmable logic controller,flow computer and kingview software as the core,this program develops a set of valve station monitoring management system working together with the upper and lower computers.Finally,completes the system hardware configuration and software programming.The lower machine consists of two parts: the control system and the metering system.The control system part adopts two sets of Siemens S7-300 PLC to form the main and reserve redundant control system,to realize the data collection and processing of various transmitters in the industrial site,and to realize the remote control of the electric ball valve.The hardware configuration of the control system is completed,and the main and reserve station redundancy program and the data acquisition processing program are written.The metering system part uses the flow computer to measure the flow of natural gas in the industrial site,and completes the conversion of its working condition measurement value to the standard condition value.This paper briefly introduces the working principles of the control system and the metering system.The upper computer system apply the Industrial Ethernet to communicate with the lower computer.First,the kingview logical device name is created,then the kingview database dictionary variable is created,finally the valve station field process is visualized by using the kingview built-in tussin,and the pattern interface is connected to the database.The personnel can monitor the working status and operating data of various transmitters and flow meters in the field in real-time through the pattern interface,and can achieve remote control of the field electric ball valve.In addition,user management and login,production data report query and printing,important variable trend curve viewing,field equipment failure alarm and other functions are designed and achieved.After the completion of the development of the monitoring and management system and before the official operation of Daying valve station,a series of on-site commissioning has been carried out.It including: On-site operation data upload of various instruments,Electric ball valve remote control,historical data report query,gas leakage alarm and other functions.The debugging results show that the monitoring management system is in good health,meets the expected design goals,can meet the established needs of users,and can ensure the long-term stable and reliable operation of the Daying valve station.
