| The pace of transformation of scientific and technological achievements has sped up along with the acceleration of industrialization,China has become an important manufacturing power in quantity in the world.However,how does China truly become a world manufacturing power in quality,and improve the position of China’s manufacturing industry in the new international division of labor value chain?The key lies in breaking the low end lock through R&D and innovation,driving the industrial upgrading and transformation,and speeding up the efficiency of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and technology transfer.PDP is not only the bridge between basic knowledge generation and technological breakthroughs,but also a bridge for industrial applications to commercial applications,and a key link in transformation of scientific and technological achievements.The lag of the PDP link has a negative effect on the whole industrialization process,and has impacted the transformation efficiency of scientific and technological achievements in enterprises.While the pilot activities are embedded in a social network composed of enterprises,researchers and stakeholders,the actors,networks and their interactions are of great significance to the pilot test.Therefore,this study focuses on the improvement of the efficiency of the transformation scientific and technological achievement in enterprises,discuss how to establish the effective operation mechanism of the pilot,and how to drive the effectiveness of the PDP through integrating the internal resources and the industry-university-institute cooperation networks etc.Around the core proposition of how innovation network drives the effectiveness of PDP in enterprise transformation of scientific and technological achievements",based on literature collection,sorting,classification,reading,discussion and evaluation,the overall situation of pilot operation in Chinese enterprises was investigated,and the driving role of internal and external innovation network in the transformation process of typical enterprises’ scientific and technological achievements was studied.With the help of Empirical research method,the research hypothesis were put forward,the Northwest research Institute of nonferrous metal was taken as the background for exploratory single case study,hypothesises were put forward,the questionnaire was designed,surveyed and analysed,date collected online and offline from 271 individuals,descriptive statistics,item factor analysis,reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis multiple,regression analysis and variance analysis were used to to test the hypothesis model.Besides,the different characteristic of pilot enterprises’ in China is analyzed.From the perspective of management pilot activities,to some extent,theoretical support and practical guidance for enterprises to integrate the internal and external innovation networks to drive the pilot effectiveness was provided.The results show that both internal and external innovation networks contribute to the effectiveness of the pilot;both internal and external innovation networks have positive impact on the enterprise innovation performance;the effectiveness of the pilot not only effectively drives the enterprise innovation performance significantly,but play a mediating role in the relation between internal and external innovation networks on innovation performance,public support plays an significant positive moderating role in the relation between internal innovation network on innovation performance;there is a significant difference in the effectiveness of the pilot in the different enterprise scale and the life cycle. |
