Turpentine is an important volatile liquid component of pinus massoniae turpentine,among which terpenes play an important role in various fields of human scientific research and social production practice,and are important chemical raw materials and medicinal materials.This research through the acquisition of pinus massoniana under different stand density and different rossing highly turpentine,alignment,terpene component types of GC-MS detection,and to rossing observe morphological characteristics of the structure of resin canal,stand density of turpentine is analyzed on the basis of terpene class component relative content,the relationship between together for the forest product industry and related scientific research to provide a certain basis.Correlation analysis results show that rossing in resin canal morphology characteristics,resin canal area and and turpentine oil major terpene resin canal cavity diameter class component relative content of a certain relevance,resin canal within the number per unit area and area,secrete fat cell aspect ratio,ratio of resin canal wall cavity with turpentine in major terpene component relative content there is no correlation.In addition,the relative contents ofβ-pinene and camphorene were positively correlated with the stand density,while the relative contents of longifolene and longicyclene,were negatively correlated with the stand density,while the relative contents ofα-pinene,β-caryophyllene andα-longicyclene were not correlated with the stand density.In turpentine terpene class components in correlation analysis found thatα-pinene with longifolene,longicyclene of component relative content was negatively related to linear,longifolene and longicyclene,longifolene andα-longipinene,β-caryophyllene andα-longipinene andα-longicyclene material with component relative content of longifolene was a positive correlation.For the combination of stand density,rossing height,turpentine and terpene class component in resin canal related morphological characteristics of statistical analysis,established the three-dimensional curve fitting model and forecast:in the experiments,selection of stand density range,when the stand density kept in about 1400 plants/hm~2,rossing at 2 m would obtained more turpentine oil containingα-pinene,longifolene also obtained at 1.2 m rossing height,longicyclene,α-longipinene andβ-caryophyllene in turpentine;However,when the stand density kept in about 1100 plants/hm~2,the content of camphene and myrcene obtained in turpentine at 1.2 m would be relatively low. |
