| In order to achieve the requirements of energy saving and emission reduction,new energy vehicles are more and more accepted by the public,and battery box brackets are important structural parts of new energy vehicles,and their connection process requirements are very high.6000 series aluminum alloy,which is the representative material of light alloy,is often used to process various body structures.However,there are also many problems during welding.Common problems include cracking of the weld,poor forming,and softening of the heat affected zone.Therefore,this article takes the welding process of 6063 aluminum alloy sheet as the core and GMAW welding as the core experimental method.Through specific experimental data acquisition methods,including the shooting of the droplet transfer process,the electrical signal waveform acquisition of the welding process,and the welding temperature field acquisition At the same time,assisted by experimental equipment such as a heat treatment furnace and a scanning electron microscope,the formation mechanism and suppression measures of welding thermal cracks,welding processes under different current modes,and weld formation were studied in a 60 mm aluminum alloy plate with a thickness of 3mm in GMAW welding.,Softening behavior of heat affected zone and improvement measures.The test results show that by means of alloying,that is,filling an appropriate amount of magnesium or silicon into the weld can improve the crystallization behavior of the weld at the later stage of solidification,and then suppress the formation of welding thermal cracks.The traditional GMAW-P welding has poor weld formability,and CMT welding alone cannot meet the requirements,but the two are combined and the ratio of CMT to pulse in a cycle is adjusted to 1: 2,the proportionality coefficient at10,a well-formed weld can be obtained.After testing,the mechanical properties of welded joints are significantly different from the base metal.Specifically,the mechanical properties of the heat affected zone are greatly weakened.By combining the solution treatment at 520 °C for 40 minutes and the aging treatment at 180 °C for 8 hours,the problems described above can be alleviated to a certain extent,and the mechanical properties of the metal at the weld are improved,can meet the requirements. |
