With the development of natural gas pretreatment technology in recent years,the selective desulfurization process in amine deacidification process has become an important process to treat natural gas containing sulphur because of its advantages of enriching and recovering sulphur content in acid gas,reducing the circulation of amine liquid and reducing the energy consumption of regeneration.At present,the research on the formulation of selective desulfurization amine solution mainly focuses on the formulation screening and process optimization of high hydrogen sulfide absorption selectivity and low regeneration energy consumption,and the investigation of foaming characteristics of amine solution formulation is relatively less.However,the selective desulfurization formulation with MDEA as the main body has the shortcomings of foaming easily,which affects the smooth operation of natural gas deacidification unit and the effect of acid gas treatment,so it is necessary to study its foaming performance.On the basis of the previous research on the formulation of selective desulfurization amine solution and foaming characteristics of decarbonized amine solution,the foaming characteristics and mechanism of single and mixed amine solution were studied by foaming tube experimental device,and the foaming characteristics of the selected three optimum amine solution formulations,MDEA+AMP,MDEA+DGA and MDEA+Sulfolane,were predicted.Secondly,combined with the actual impurity content of the amine solution in the factory,the foaming characteristics and the mechanism of action of single and mixed impurities on the three better amine solution formulations were investigated.On the basis of single impurity research,the synergistic effects of various factors on the amine solution formulation under mixed impurities were explored.Finally,according to the foaming characteristics of amine solution formula and the conclusion that the impurities affect it,a polyether organosilicon and polyether amide compound defoamer with good stability and water dispersibility was screened and compounded.The research contents and conclusions of this paper provide the basis for the study of the foaming characteristics of the selective desulfurization amine solution formulation,and have reference value for the safe and rational operation of the process unit.
