| Crude oil in T38-10 has high viscosity,poor reservoir physical characteristics,strong water sensitivity and sand production.Conventional circulating packing sand control was adopted in the initial stage of development,and only 1 ton of oil was produced per day after production,resulting in worse development effect.Many studies show that sand control technology by fracturing can effectively improve the development effect of such reservoirs.Therefore,according to the characteristics of oil reservoirs in T38-10 block,the research on sand control technology by fracturing is carried out.This study uses rock and debris in site.Through whole rock mineral X-ray diffraction analysis,electron microscope analysis and core displacement experiments,the lithology,physical characteristics and mineral components were analyzed,and the reservoir sensitivity characteristics and damage mechanism were determined.In this condition,by doing experiments of sand-laden fluid residue,damage rate,suspended sand performance,gel breaking,surface tension and rheology,low damage and clean sand-laden fluid is chosen.And then the compressive and size specifications of proppant are determined through the analysis of block closure pressure and formation sand size.Research on rock mechanics parameters can clear block maximum or minimum horizontal principal stress,elastic modulus and Poisson ratio and other parameters.Combined with the fracturing sand control simulation software,the pad fluid ratio,sand ratio,displacement and sand ratio of construction to the influence of the fracture morphology making the "wide short slit" fracturing sand control mode,and the objective layer span is big,large difference of physical property of wells,the layered fracturing sand control technology.At the same time,acid fracturing and sand control technology,integrated fracturing and sand control string,reservoir protection and plugging and other supporting technologies are studied to form a set of fracturing and sand control technology suitable for the characteristics of T38-10 block reservoir.At present,34 Wells have been implemented in the field,and the daily output of crude oil per well has been increased by 4-8 times,with remarkable stimulation effect.The research results also provide a reference for the development of similar reservoirs. |
