The polymer microsphere dispersion system is an effective method to improve the recovery of low permeability reservoirs.The polymer microsphere dispersion system can be introduced into the deep part of the reservoir to adjust the flooding,which can effectively improve the water injection development effect and improve oil recovery.However,at present,China’s reservoir production conditions are becoming more and more demanding.The single-function polymer microspheres cannot meet the requirements of controlled water-blocking under typical special formation conditions.Only when the comprehensive performance of polymer microspheres is improved,can it be better applied to The development of oil fields,therefore,the diversity and versatility of polymer microspheres will certainly become a development trend.In this thesis,a reversed core-shell emulsion polymerization method was used to synthesize a polymer composite microsphere with a core-shell structure with a certain viscosity at the high temperature and decomposable.Firstly,the emulsion system,reaction conditions and process parameters were optimized and polymer microspheres were synthesized.The basic properties of polymer microspheres such as dispersion and suspension,shell fracture time and polymer microsphere morphology were studied.The hydration expansion characteristics,viscosity characteristics and rheological characteristics of polymer microspheres were analyzed.Finally,the sealing performance of polymer microspheres was studied.The influence trends of different permeability,microsphere diameter,injection concentration and injection speed were studied to reveal the trend.The sealing performance of polymer microspheres provides theoretical basis and technical support for field applications.The results confirmed the optimal synthesis process of polymer microspheres,and obtained the basic physical parameters such as dispersion and suspension of polymer microspheres,shell cracking time and polymer microsphere morphology.Under the conditions of different permeability,microsphere diameter,injection concentration and injection speed,the sealing properties of the polymer microspheres are excellent.
