Research On Cost Management Of Zhuhai LNG Company Based On Value Chain

With the increasing consumption of natural gas in China,major oil and gas enterprises are increasing the exploration and exploitation of natural gas resources in China.The downstream natural gas market competition has become extremely fierce.Domestic LNG terminal enterprises are facing tremendous operational pressure,and their economic returns are challenged severely.Faced with fierce competition,cost management,as an important means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,has attracted more and more attention of LNG terminal enterprises.This paper takes Zhuhai LNG Company as the research object,introduces its organizational structure,operation process and operation status,analyses its operation cost composition and cost management practice,and finds out its problems and shortcomings.In view of the problems and shortcomings,it is proposed that Zhuhai LNG Company should change its cost management mode and implement cost management based on value chain.Based on the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of the application of value chain cost management in Zhuhai LNG Company,the internal value chain and external value chain of Zhuhai LNG Company are comprehensively analyzed.On this basis,the cost management structure of Zhuhai LNG Company based on value chain is put forward from the two dimensions of internal value chain and external value chain.Finally,the cost management guarantee measures of Zhuhai LNG Company based on value chain are put forward.
