The technology of casing-repair and side drilling has obvious technical advantages in the adjustment of well networks,and the reactivation of waste wells.It is an important means for oil recovery plants to take measures to excavate potential,but after sticking and side drilling,the size of the casing is small and there are many types.The application of conventional mechanical sand control technology is restricted.Due to the particularity of Xiaojing eye well,at present,the sand control technology at home and abroad can only use UPI resin,sand stabilizer,coating sand,HY-1 resin and other chemical sand control methods,and there are certain restrictions on the success rate and validity period.In this paper,the causes of sand production in sidetracking and plugging slim hole are analyzed.The sand control technology mainly adopts the matching mode of mechanical sand control,and the construction technology is mainly closed filling.A series of small diameter sand control tools have been developed for different sizes of casing in sidetracking drilling.After plugging treatment,because the wellbore becomes smaller and the production layer is located at the upper part of the plugging section,the production layer is still in the conventional casing,so the conventional sand control technology can meet the sand production control of this kind of plugging wells,while the production layer of the plugging wells with mining and full re-shooting is under and inside the plugging pipe,and the sand control tool needs to be plugged through the plugging pipe.Realization.Through the optimization of tools and technology,the sand control effect of twostep high pressure filling with over-plugging pipe is improved.Through the optimization and performance evaluation of indoor sand carrying fluid and filling gravel,the sand control construction technology is optimized.At the same time,the technology of sand filling with fixed pipe string is studied to prolong the period of validity of sand control.Aiming at the multilayer mining and the wells that may return to production in the future,the matching model of sand control with coated sand and resin is adopted.Through screening and optimizing the binder of coated sand in the laboratory,combining the strength and permeability test results of coated sand and resin,the construction technology of pre-filling coated sand with resin ‘sealing'was developed.At the same time,a small-diameter layered packer was developed to improve the strength of chemical sand control and prolong the repair-free period.On the basis of studying the flow pattern of fluid from formation to screen pipe,the productivity calculation model of slim hole sand control well is established,and the productivity prediction software is designed according to the formula to guide the production parameters of slim hole sand control,avoid the damage of unreasonable fluid production intensity to sand control barrier,and prolong the period of validity of sand control.The results show that the small diameter tools and sand-carrying fluid developed can basically meet the production needs of slim hole wells,and 84 wells have been successfully applied.The successful rate of implementation is 100%,and the effective rate of sand control is 90.2%.The average repair-free period is 402 days.The cumulative oil production is 66500.4tons.The repair-free period of oil wells is prolonged,and the effect of sand control and oil increase is obvious.
