Research On The Layout Planning And Safeguard Measures Of QD Steel Logistics Park

The rapid development of social economy has brought good opportunities for the development of modern logistics parks.Meanwhile,it also puts forward new requirements for logistics development planning.With the rapid development of steel production enterprises,they also began to explore the evolution from being the original producers to the service provider so as to further reduce costs.Since QD Steel Group Company moved to Dongjiakou Port Area,it has been at present in the leading position in the world with respect to all indicators in the iron and steel industry in China.And the company has been improving its own logistics proactively to satisfy the increasingly improved service requirements and price demand given the space for cost reduction in various production links has become more and more limited,so as to improve its own market competitiveness.Based on the concept and related theory of logistics park,and through the analysis of existing products of QD Steel Group and the proportion of deep processing of steels in domestic and abroad,this paper proposes to build a steel logistics park with steel deep processing as the core relying on the advantages of being in the vicinity of the QD steel plant.After classifying the basic theory and method of logistics park layout planning,this paper puts forward the layout planning of the logistics park by analyzing the current situation and demand of QD steel logistics park,and discusses the guarantee measures of personnel,capital and technology.Combined with the system layout method and logistics management related theory research,the paper lays strong support in terms of theoretical basis,layout planning reference and implementation scheme,and gives a relatively complete solution for the construction of QD Steel Group Iron and Steel Logistics Park.Besides,it provides a good reference for other steel enterprises or the government to construct logistics parks relating to the feature orientation,function selection,investment scale and detailed design.
