At present,due to the increasing global energy demand and the increasingly limited conventional and easy-to-exploit crude oil,the target of exploitation is gradually shifting to unconventional heavy oil and super heavy oil.However,the characteristics of heavy oil,such as high viscosity,poor mobility,coupled with the structure of complex reservoirs,made it more difficult to achieve higher recovery.The problems of abnormal well bore,abnormal load,slow down jamming and overload are prominent in Qingdong management area of Shengli Oilfield.Therefore,the temperature field in the wellbore was firstly studied,the heat exchange between the formation and the fluid was analyzed,the corresponding mathematical model was established,and the model considered the influence of transient flow,and verified the accuracy of the model through an example calculation.Then the mechanism of wax deposition in wellbore was analyzed,the basic model of wax deposition was established,and the parameters of the model were determined according to the field conditions,and the model was verified by calculation examples.Finally,based on the comprehensive analysis of Qingdong management area,the hollow rod water mixing technology was selected to determine the temperature and depth of water mixing,and good results were achieved in the field.Finally,according to the experience of the application of water mixing technology with hollow rod in Qingdong management area,the following suggestions are put forward: due to the difficulty of data acquisition of water cut in hollow rod water-mixed oil wells at present,the next step is to carry out standard production by stopping mixing,and accurately measure the liquid yield and water cut;in view of the water quality scaling phenomenon that may occur in the process of water mixing,The next step is to analyze the scaling rate of mixed water at different temperatures,and measure the scaling point,further it can optimize the mixing temperature and amount of mixed water to avoid scaling in advance;Qingdong 5Block is currently in low dynamic liquid level,the phenomenon of inadequate liquid supply is serious,it should be vigorously strengthened with water injection,enhancing dynamic liquid level,maintaining a reasonable degree of subsidence and raw water.
