Research On Comprehensive Budget Management Of S Oilfield Branch

In modern enterprise management,comprehensive budget management is a relatively mature and effective internal control management tool.To achieve sustainable scientific development of the enterprise,it is necessary to conduct scientific budget management.As an important large-scale enterprise,S Oilfield Branch has pursued comprehensive budget management in recent years and achieved good results.However,due to the weak demand for oil,the economic benefits have declined.At the same time,some problems have been exposed in the implementation of comprehensive budget management.S Oilfield Branch needs to establish a more scientific and advanced comprehensive budget management system to improve comprehensive budget management decision-making benefits,so as to achieve long-term development.In this paper,the purpose and significance of the research are first introduced,the domestic and international research status of comprehensive budget management are combed,and the research content and methods are pointed out.Secondly,the relevant basic theories are introduced,including the meaning and content,mode and method of comprehensive budget management,and the budget organization system.Then based on the production and operation environment and development strategy of S oilfield branch,combined with the application status of comprehensive budget management,the problems existing in the current budget management of S oilfield branch are analyzed,including the weak agreement between the budget target and the strategic objectives,the incomplete organization system,the imperfect content and methods of preparation,the weak implementation and control,and the imperfect assessment system.Finally,from the aspects of budget target formulation,budget preparation,budget execution and control,and budget assessment,the relevant countermeasures and implementation measures are proposed.
