The Design And Research Of Hot Nitrogen Removal Paraffin Equipment In Oilfield

The problem of Paraffin deposition widely exists in oilfiled in China.Paraffin always increases the friction force of the pumping road,and then increases the pumping load which will reducethe pump efficiency and crude oil output.For the gusher,paraffin can decrease the flow area of oil tube,which may block the tube if it is not dealed with carefully.In that case,the oil well could only be shut down.Thermodynamic removal paraffin method has a lot of advantages such as high-efficiency,and simpleness.In this paper,the hot nitrogen is used to remove paraffin in oil tube,and a well temperature model is built.In addtion,corresponding devices for generation ofnitrogenand removal of paraffin aredesigned.Their applicationsonremovingwaxforthe gusher and pumping well arediscussed.Firstly,through investigating the existing technologies of paraffin removal in domestic and overseas oil fields,the process parameters of paraffin removal using high temperature nitrogen are obtained.Based on assumptions of heat transfer and boundary conditions,a computation model is built,and corresponding solution strategy is proposed.By solving that model,the temperature as a function of well depth isobtained,whichprovides theoretical support forthe simulation of temperature field simulation and feasibility analysis of paraffinremoval.Secondly,the flow chart of membrance nitrogen generation,booster and heating process was designed.Otherwise,the basic process parameters and key parts were determined.Finally,the layout of nitrogen generation truck mounted and hot nitrogen removal paraffin equipment was finished.Thirdly,the high temperature nitrogen process application to remove wax of the gusher and pumping well was discussed.The preliminary solution and effect of hot nitrogen injection was proposed.As a new method,attentions should be payed to this nitrogen removal wax technology in oil and gas stimulation area.
