| Fluid catalytic cracking is an important secondary processing technology in the petroleum refining industry.It is the main process for improving the yield and economic efficiency of light oil products.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the catalytic cracking process.In this paper,the absorption tower of the fluid catalytic cracking unit of Shandong Shida Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.was used as an engineering example.Because of the overload operation of the absorption and stabilization system,the efficiency of the tray reduced and even abnormal problems such as flooding,flooding towers,and plowing towers et al.occurred.In order to solve these problems,the software ASPEN PLUS was used for process simulation.Optimization and modification were conducted through sensitivity analysis.Then,the improvement proposals and the original process flow were further compared.Through the analysis of the simulation results,the guiding opinions were provided for the optimization of the actual production.This means that the practical application of simulation technology is achieved in actual industry. |
