Generally,offshore wind power booster station adopts the pattern of fixed platform,the foundation is made of the jacket and steel pipe piles.Due to the different design philosophies,the size and weight of jacket structure of offshore boost station is larger than that of the previous offshore oil fixed platform.Its weight can reach more than 1600 tons and the length of steel pipe piles is larger than 100 m.The entire piles are used for piling,and connecting piles on site is not allowed.Therefore,the jacket and steel pipe piles need to select the appropriate transport ship,the binding strength needs to be calculated according to the actual situation.The appropriate ship should be selected for offshore hoisting,and the anchorage stability analysis should be carried out according to the sea conditions,so as to provide theoretical support for smooth construction at sea.For further security and economic benefits of marine transportation,a self-propelled deck barge is used to transport jackets and steel pipe piles simultaneously.Considering the characteristics of the wharf in the marine engineering base,the slippage method is adopted for shipment.The finite element software PATRAN is used for modeling,and analysis to ensure that the binding design is reasonable.The strength can meet the requirements of different sea conditions in the transport process.In order to meet the hoisting weight of jacket and the hoisting height of steel pipe piles at the same time,it is necessary to select a suitable hoisting ship.In the shallow sea area,the crane ship is fixed by anchoring.Through SESAM hydrodynamic analysis software,the model establishment,hydrodynamic calculation and anchoring analysis are carried out to study the anchoring stability of the crane ship in the hoisting process.The results show that:(1)Under various working conditions,the stress of all components is within the allowable stress range,and the fastening scheme is safe and feasible.The self-propelled barge can sail to the installation sea area smoothly after loading the jacket and steel pipe pile under suitable sea conditions.(2)For the complete anchor system,the movement range of the lifting ship is in the range of less than 0.45 m,the structures around will not be touched,and the safety coefficients of cable,winch and anchor are larger than the standard values,which ensures the lifting work in the right conditions.(3)When two cables are released or a cable is broken,the motion amplitude of the lifting vessel is maintained in a controllable range,and the safety factors of the cable,winch and anchor are all greater than the normal values,which can meet the safety requirements of the offshore hoisting operation.
